T connector inop?

I know where it is. I have my fsm and have done my research. However, does anyone know how to trouble shoot the connector itself? It does not seem to be working to pull codes or to set timing.

i have the same exact problem, i basicly set my timing with out the connector working and was able to pass smog while getting good enough power/mpg.

hope someone can help us.

I just ended up running new wires from the ECU to the connector..works now.
