Stock T-Case to 2.28 21 spine creepers box
This is on a 8522Re. I am thinking of putting a Marlin creeper case to my stock
Case so 2.28 from the box and 4.00 from the stock transfer case
(21spline) From what i gather 108:1 with my 5.29 gears for final
low. Correct me if i am wrong please. My question is does anybody
run this similar setup. I am wondering how capable my rig will be
offroad before I spend some extra cash. If you have different ideas that
might cost a little more but is more bang for the buck please share.
What I plan to buy...
2 5.29s 1 Yukon locked for rear
2.28 creepers case
35" tires
(if i buy the locker for the front i will be getting longfields)

You realize with the crawler box you must add that to your stock tcase to build dual cases correct?
You'll need a dual case adapter and a new crossmember too.
35s won't fit without lift.

Marlin doesn't have a 4.0 (I think AA did) marlin has 4.7 gears.
First gear *2.28*4.7*5.29=221:1
A lot of people run that set up. Some find that dual stock 2.28 is adequate for their needs.
Don't forget drive shafts.
Edit: he can fit 35's with a sawzall
4.7 case needs to be on the rear case, 21 spline 4.7 front crawl box puts out too much torque and the output shaft will probably break, one reason 23 spline is recommended

The creeperscase from Marlin says it has everything you need. I realize what I need to do for the job. I have sufficient lift. So 2.28 to 2.28 is what I will have with stock t case on rear. So 2.28*2.28*5.29 is my final low? I just want to use stock gears in case feel it out and upgrade later if I have to! Thanks for quick reply guys!
