in search of one 10" subwoofer enclosure

I have a 1984 Toyota pickup. I am going to replace my Pioneer DEH-2100 HU with a newwer one with AUX input and that can play MP3's. I am looking at geting a Kenwood amp 4-channel. 1 and 2 will be fore front dash speakers and 3/4 will be bridge giving the sub at least 180w - 200w rms watts. I know some places make a enclosure for two 10" subs but I only need one. I'm going to put my jack on the passenger side and put the enclosure behind my driver side. What type can you recommend. It seems the distance behind the bucket seat is ~9 inches at the bottom and from the seat hings where it allows you to fold the seat forward and to the hump in the middle is close to 18-19 inches.

If i have to I'll settle for an 8" subwoofer, but I don't know of that many good 8" sub brands. But as you know, I'd prefer to get a 10" sub with a small enclosure that'll fit that tight space.

Let me know what you guys suggest. I'm not really to sure here.

That box should easily fit any 200 watt rms sub.

Build your own box....its primarily easy to do. Just gotta do a little math to figure out the airspace needed to properly make the sub sound good. The MTX website has alot of info on building an enclosure http://www.mtx.com/caraudio/educatio...nstruction.cfm

Or you could go for this....

Oh and if you need sub recommendations.

The soundsplinter would be really nice, but its 300rms so it might come out a little underpowered. Also it's 175 bucks. The Diamond is still a good sub, it's closer to your rms range, and it's priced alot lower.
