Runnin passenger spring on driver side

Hey I have a question, i found 4 inch procomp leaf spring for sale brand new for 60 dollars for each. The company only has the passenger side springs for sale. So, my question is that can I run a passenger side leaf spring on the driver side, and can I run front leafs in the back. Any comments and answers will help. THANKS!

The pass side springs give slightly less lift than the driver's side because the spring pad is 3/8" taller on the axle housing on the pass side than the driver's side. You could off set it with a shim of some kind. Those springs are pretty stiff, just to let you know.
