Rear axle blew out oil and now makes noise, what did I wreck

If it looked fine to you, reuse it. Needle bearings last a long while.
I geuss you don't have to take it off again. I'll tell ya what I'd do, tighten that sucker to 90 ft.lbs and call it good. If it starts making that noise you heard before, tighten it another 9lbs. You don't want to go too tight, that's a whole nother sound, the infamous gear "howl".

Well yee-ha I just took her for a road test and everything seemed A-OK, no noises, install went alright, used the original bearing spacer so I'm hoping I can take the one I bought back to the dealer, they looked identical, I guess the crush spacer doesn't crush that much.
