Question bout Smittybuilt Bumper

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this or not so sorry if it isnt. Im just wondering if a Smittybuilt bumper that came off of an '80 pickup would fit my '84 pickup. Thanks for any input.

The 1st and 2nd gen pickup frame mounting points for the front bumper are different.

For the work/cost of making it fit, it's probably not worth it. You can come across those things pretty cheap on craigslist, so it won't be hard to fit one that will bold up easily. Or, another option, assuming you are going to wheel your truck, would be to sell it and upgrade to a more off-road appropriate bumper.
