My 85 from the start.
Well here she is. 85 SR5 RE. All stock cept the tg kitt, cheby 63's, and the marlin sticker

That ride height looks awesome. How much lift do the Chevy 63" give, and how much do they move the axles. It looks like they move the rear too? Did you use the stock front spring hanger and just move the shackle mounts?

Trail gear kit up front. I didnt do the work. Made a trade. A good one at that. Not sure bout a number on rear lift. If i had to say itd be four inches now that the blocks are gone. Very happy with it.

1984 Toyota, '97 VW TDI 1.9l
Here's my little 1984 Toyota Diesel with a '97 VW 1.9 liter TDI in it. The engine is from a Passat. It makes approx. 130hp & 200+ ft lbs of torque thanks to Bosio .520 PowerPlus injectors and a http://www.frankenbuilt.com tune. 2.5" exhaust with mild resonator, EGR delete, K&N air filter, FMIC, ACME transmission adapter (edit: ACME's adapter proved to be 1/16" out of center. http://www.shadowwerx.com/ made a new one centered/machined to within 1/1000 of an inch), used the stock G52 transmission, Marlin Crawler/Seco 1800lb clutch, Trailgear crossmember mount, 2.0kW Hi Torq starter, Sky rear disc brake conversion, and lots of other stuff... with lots to go. This Toy's suspension is worse than stock: 3-leaf Rancho lift springs from ages ago are rattling my kidneys daily (this is my daily driver here at 6000'). Suggestions on good, softer, bolt-in leaf springs are welcome. I'm enjoying seeing others' rigs and reading what folks like suspension-wise.

Nice work. Did you mount your air filter behind the headlight or run it under the fender? Heres a comparison of my 87 1.6 VW TD in my 85.

So I think that I might be a candidate for the cleanest 1985 toyota pickup known to man. It has all the bells and whistles for an 85. efi, ac, power windows, and cruise, and they all work, fresh paint, undercoating, bed liner, she is in great shape.
