no nothing

So yesterday i go to adjust my timing because it had a slight hesitation when you first gave it some gas and has been dieseling when shut off. Any ways I start it up, no problem, let it warm up, the adjusted the dizy, turned it off, no diesel, but aslo when I went to turn it back on I got nothing! No oil light on the dash, no 4wd light, for a while the lights were acting up too but after pulling all the relays and cleaning the contacts the lights starting working again, but still no start or indicator lights. Im stumped, what do you guys think? Relay? starter too maybe? plz help as theres snow that needs to be played in!

check the main power wire for the fuse block, it should connect to the positive terminal on the battery thats where mine got messed up, also check all of your other connections for the battery. make sure everything is clean and tight.

ok so i figured out the starting problem, a starter wire was disconnected but i still don't have any heater, turn signals, radio, etc. anyone know of a master relay or fuse that could have blown?

the starter wire that got disconnected could have shorted out when you tried to start it and caused a fuse to blow maybe....Just first thing that came to mind.

I've checked all the fuses that i can see so i"m more leaning towards a relay blew or something but I'll keep checking

so what wire came off exactly? the power wire that connects to the starter? did it come completely off to the point where it could have shorted out? if it did short it more than likely did blow something when you tried to start it. so when you found the wire loose and reconnected it did it start? but everything else didnt work. or did it still not start.

you said you checked all the fuses and the battery terminals. you might wanna bust out the handy multi meter and start trying to track down what as power and what doesnt. this is how i would do it. if anybody has any easier ways of doing it i would listen to them

It started but other things still didnt work, ya thats what im gonna have to do i guess, i was just wondering/hoping that there was a main relay/fuse somewhere that i didnt notice so i could just replace that.

I don't know if you checked the fuses with a meter or not but I would. A wire could have melted but I am more inclined to bet a fuse blew.

Another thing which seems obvious would be to check and make sure the battery's negative terminal is grounded well to the body.
