Need direction; 84 X-cab

Just talked my buddy out of his 84 X-cab 4x4. Only 411,000 miles on it, but recently had a 89 22R transplant. Looking to build a capable trail/mud truck. Nothing too hardcore and little rock crawling. Just looking for some idea's.
This is the day I brought it home

Brakes where horrible, upgraded to 1" MC and Dual booster and new calipers. Interior was horrible so gutted it out and put rubber mat down. Added a cb, currently looking for some seats. Traded for a set of extra doors, so half doors are also in the works. Also rattle can'd it. Couldnt stand that purple any longer.

Found a good deal on a Rough Country 3" lift with rear springs and shocks, Along with a set of 33" TSL Radials and 15x10 Pro comp wheels.

Wish I had done RUF/63" Chevy swap but its done for now. My next upgrade will be gears and lockers. Trying to decide between 4.88 and 5.29. Prob go with 35'S in the future so thincking 5.29'S and Aussie's f&r. Im on a budget so Im still shopping around.

What do you see right/wrong, what do I need to improve? Just trying to get some advice before I sink too much cash in it.

It looks good as is, its just a matter of you deciding what you want to do to it and how much you want to spend. Gears, lockers and duel cases arn`t cheap but they make a huge difference on the trail.

Im definatly wanting gears and lockers. Ive wanted another straight axle since I had to sell my 85 several years back, so Im thincken this one may be here to stay. Found some "better than stock" chromo birfs from trail-gear for bout 70 each.
