Angry Looks like I'll be doing a body swap...

'cause I rolled my truck over onto it's side.

Yup, the reverse 180 didn't work. Man I'm pissed!

That's what I get for being a dumbass... man I had an offroading trip going on Memorial too!

So, I'm just gonna do a body swap this summer. Hopefully its not too difficult. Oh yeah, the Toyota started right up and drives and everything. Just... not driveable for a while.

she'll buff out....

thats an ouchie, but man looks pretty good for a rollover. windshield is the only glass your gonna have to replace from the looks of it. if i were you, i'd just swap out for a bone cab and put all of your goodies in it. unless you can find a cab/front clip for cheap. thats a bummer. good luck!

It's hard to tell, but is the entire passenger side pushed in toward the top, causing the roof to buckle?

If it's fairly straight, I'd just BFH the roof back into place enough to get another windshield. That would be some pretty sweet carnage to keep, and would be much less of a headache than a body swap.

THat's what I was thinking. Just beating it back good enough to fit a window.

BUT the outer edge pushed inward and OVER part of the roof. Kind of like folding a piece of paper. The sudden inward motion also caused the roof to pop up. THe entire right side would have to be pushed out for ANYTHING to fit.

Besides that, a used cab from the Pick N Pull down the street is only $140. (I just looked) so I'll do a straight up cab swap.

BTW, will 2WD body parts fit on a 4WD frame?

I know I'd have to compensate for the transfer case shifter by cutting a hole. Otherwise it ought to be the same, n'est pas?

from the looks of it you could probably just replace the top and back half of the cab. just cut the pillars halfway or so then just drill the spot welds holding the back of the cab on, its a lot easier then it sounds and it saves you the trouble of re-doing all the wiring and such.

THE 2wd fenders have less clearance.... can you read? i mean it says on my visor at least, that these trucks don't handle like cars. But you should have known that.
