You wont be here Aug 1-3, will you?
We are having a Colorado 4runner Jamboree up in Buena Vista.
https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f15/...2008-a-136929/

BTW, the runner looks nice.
I just upgrade my brakes(widened the front axle(LC rotors,IFS calipers, hub bodies), swapped an IFS rear axle) and need to pick up my new MC for stopping power.
I still have the push-pull steering on right now.
I need to get my steering box mounted for my x-over.

I got 5" of lift in the front with RUF, and 3.75" in the back with Chevys.

Agreed I am looking at the M/T MTZ's 33x12.5 on 15" black rockcrawlers this thing is really taching at 65mph since I put inthe 5.29's

I wheel some around Fort Phantom Lake and on a friends ranch but mainly it's all about Colorado in the Summer

that is some impressive work you have completed, nicely done.

Hope to run across your fine ride up there near Lake City/Silverton area. I am headed down there myself Thursday 7/17.

Thank's everybody, I took it wheeling yesterday evening and it did real well in some tuff spots but I noticed the shocks will need upgrading - 7 1/2" of travel has it handcuffed! and 33's for sure it's pretty wound up at 65 mph

Ordered new Mickey Thompson 33x12.5x15 Baja MTZ's and Rancho 9000 series front shocks this week, will post up new pics when i get them installed.
BTW 99% of what I am doing has come from ideas on Yotatech. Thanks everyone!

With the new 33's. took it wheelin this evening. Everything is better, ride and handling are improved on highway and trails. RPM's are better at highway speeds, 33's are a good match for the 5.29's and an auto tranny!

Sounds like you rally wheel this thing. How are those Power Brute posi's doing? I'm thinking of some kind of LSD up front for my snow wheeling where I seldom (never) lift a front tire.

Beautiful work Tex. Your truck looks great.

Why did you choose the All Pro crossover steering kit over the others? I'm curious because I'm looking into this myself. I've seen comparable kits from Marlin and Trail Gear. Did you purchase a reman ifs steering box when you made the conversion? In the photo yours looks brand new.

Thanks I like the way it has turned out.

Regarding the All Pro kit, either it or Marlins kit are the same quality. I bought the All Pro because the IFS steering box mount kit was less $$, and I didn't have an All Pro sticker
I found a good IFS box in a local salvage yard and just cleaned it up.
Now I am swapping in a 4.3 Chevy... it never ends!
