Installing A/C in a 94

Hey guys. New guy here. I've been on the TTORA forum for years but its nearly dead and I need some help. I bought a 94 pickup 22re 4x4 without factory air. I live in Texas so Air conditioning is a must. I've sourced most of the parts and they're on the way but I wanted to post as I have a question concerning the VSV to the idle up actuator. I don't have one at all. There is a plug in the side of the intake manifold where the actuator should be. From what I understand, the power steering pump will raise idle when turning the wheel and all that works... Question is, when I buy an actuator, where do the vacuum lines go? Which lines to what port? If anyone has factory air and wants to hook a dude up with some pictures that would be most appreciated. Anything else you can give me pointers on for installing air in a non A/C model would be great too. Thanks in advance!

all the trucks are pre-wired for ac so it's just a matter of adding the factory parts and plugging them in. for the inside you need the whole plastic evaporator box(replaces the existing plastic piece) which includes the ac amplifier and evaporator and you'll need the ac button, just pop off the blank and slide the button in. on the engine you need the harmonic balancer with the ac pulley on it, the ac compressor bracket, compressor, ac hoses, condenser, ac drier and idle up valve w/VSV. if the system you bought was designed for R12 and you don't have access to any you will need to convert it to R-134a. you will need to clean out the mineral oil in the system and compressor and change to PAG oil. You'll also need to change all o-rings to the type used for R-134a.
in the pics is the ac idle up valve and vsv(the one with the white plug). the screw with the spring allows adjustment of idle up speed. note: i don't have power steering
