A good blaster?
I'm thinking about doing some pretty serious restoration on my 86 4Runner this summer and I'm currently getting stocked up on tools and supplies to do the deed. I've got a little bit of rear-quarter rust above an in front of my rear tires and a pretty significant ripple in the passenger's side - the original owner backed into a tree with a swing-arm type rear tire carrier attached to the rear corner above the taillight. Aside from the rust on the fenders, the frame, undercariage and original steel wheels look like they've seen better days. I was walking through Wal-Mart's pneumatic tool section the other day (I was given a small compressor and pressure storage tank by my father-in-law and air tools/paint sprayers have caught my interest) and I noticed they sell a Campbell Hausfeld media blaster for about $15. Here's CH's page:

Has anyone used one of these? Is it a good blaster for the money, or should I look into something more expensive? Any tips on how I can do some effective blasting without removing much of the 4Runner? I know people strip vehicles down to the frame sometimes to clean, repair and paint the frame, but I don't have any structural damage to the frame (unlike my dad's 86 Toyota Pickup) so it's not worth it to me to remove EVERYTHING just to make it shiny and black again.
