Fuel pressure

Okay so my fuel pressure went to s&$t somehow. I replaced my intake manifold and I may have not released the fuel pressure right. I just stuck a bolt in the hose so it wouldn't leak noooow my car will not start unless I spray some starting fluid in it. Any suggestions?

Is this an 22R-E or a 22R engine?

I'm assuming you have the FI engine since you state "not released the fuel pressure right", but just making sure.
