CRANK, but No Start 22RR

I just got this truck. It sat for a couple months and now it wont start. Battery charger hooked up. New spark plugs and wire set. Fuel pumping after fuel pump. Someone help me!! Attaching a video of my efforts and what i see.

go easy on that starting fluid, lol

i'd check to see if there is spark at a spark plug, don't shock yourself

Troubleshooting per FSM below. Also for clarification, your video is named 22re, you have a 22R.
