Cleaned up under the hood
Took off the valve cover and air cleaner assembly today to remove the little bit of rust and replace the gaskets. I also added my own personal touch to it. Honestly, this was the easiest VC gasket replacement I have ever done. The part brand and part number I used was a Fel-Pro VS50357R. Here is some pics for your enjoyment, and if you need to change your VC gasket on a 22R, it is as easy as it looks.

Shaved 20 minutes off my 1/4 mile record of one hour. LOL.
I used the 3m pads for an air angle? grinder, the brownish/tan type. The work great, but tone down your compressor, to fast and the pad goes quick.
