wow the front is proving to be a major PITA but i got the shafts out far enough to take out the diff. using the camo method. hopefully this'll be done in an hour or so, i just got invited to a chics house warming party, with all her female co-workers going to be there.

How hard was it to install these? Did you just have to pull the axles far enough to get the old third out and the new one in? Did you have to replace any of the seals?
Mine are getting ordered this week (hopefully)...

It looks like there's those of us who owed this Tax year and then there's those of us who got a nice fat return.......
........Very nice 85Turbo. I am jealous. However, I have my own plan for upcoming axle upgrades!!!

got pics of the paint?
They aren't expensive for completely built. Tally up the price of all the parts, and it isn't that much in labor (plus you get the housing). I called a few shops aroung here and for me bringing them the parts it will be about 700-1000 in labor.

i personally think that marlin's thirds are priced high...but if you need the housing, locker and everything in between, then it starts to look better. why does college take all my money???
