axle shims

I'm sure this has been covered on more than on occasion, but I need to know the degree of angle of shims I need on a three inch lift. When I bought the truck they were not there...

Why do you want/need shims? What's your complaint? And one piece shaft or two piece?

no one can give you an exact number. You'll need to measure your pinion angle and t case output to determine the right shim. lots of varibles to take into account.

1 or 2 piece driveshaft.?
double cardon joint at t case?
vehicle wheel base?
stock or extended shackles?
etc etc etc.

for my truck, 84 ex cab dual t case, i didnt need the shims that came on a 4inch lift.....
