I recently bought the truck I always wanted 84xcab.
Here in Hawaii we have recon.
It came with 10 inch Chevy springs so it's never gonna pass
Recon.
I was wondering if anybody would know of a good lift kit I was
hoping to put a 5 inch lift.
I've been looking at lifts online.
Because it's cheaper than buying it here.
Any info would b appreciated

sounds like recon is a safety inspection..
i first thought recon as in reconnaissance mission..

How would have the modified trucks in hawaii pass a recon if you are worried about a lift?

Recon is a safety infection anybody that modifies their ride.
It's a pain in the a--
But u can't register your car or get a safety check without it.
I have 10 inch Chevy springs and that exceeds the weight limit for my Toyota.Im thinking about a 4-6 inch lift that would bring my truck to the required limit.its funny only on Oahe theirs a recon.
The other islands have none.so I was wondering which brand would be a good choice.im Goin to remove the 3 inch blocks and two leafs in the rear.so I'm open for any suggestions for the front.
