Im not too concerned with the headers since lce sells year specific headers but i need to know if the two years are different routing / deminsions or hangar locations , im almost done with my rebuild , the exhaust is the last thing to complete so it kinda hard to take to a exhaust shop
Any help would be greatly apreciated

 

I am not sure about the exhaust manifold or header difference since the 84 head is different from the 85 head. As far as routing from the exhaust ports on back to drivers rear tire, everything is the same.

 

Cool so now i just neend to know the length of the original catalitic converter so i can piece it together mine didnt come with one

 

My local exhaust shop is jus a local mom and pop shop, not a big name store and they have a manual that has all the angles and lengths in it to create an exhaust that looks identical to factory. If you got one in your area, they should be able to look it up for you.
