22R stalls when braking

I am trying to resolve an issue with my 84.

I recently pulled the stock 22r and installed another with a northwest cam, headers, and a weber 32./36

I am using a mr gasket fuel pump regulated at 4psi by a holley regulator.

I have replaced the battery, coil, plugs, wires, rotor, brakes, brake master cylinder, brake booster.

I have adjusted the weber according to specs and when the truck is idling and the air fuel screw is turned all the way in the engine fails to stall. I am thinking maybe too big of jets?

I was also thinking it could be my floats? the engine stalls under heavy braking in reverse as well.

I turn the idle up to 1100 - 1200 and it is harder to stall, but no matter what under heavy braking (like a sudden light switch, or a deer) it most certainly dies. This happens in nuetral so nothing to do with the clutch.

Any help is appreciated.

I was replying to another members issue. I am trying to get advice from so many different forums and working on the truck in 100+ heat index getting confused.

I will say that it appears to not stall as easily with me standing on the clutch... have adjusted the pedal all the way out and bled the slave good... friction starts at about 10-20% off the floor.
