Weird Tire/Wheel Wobbeling Question

The guy I purchased my 80 longbox from had a set of wheels (oldschool 6 spoke alloys...Eagle brand) with 31" x 10 tires on it. The problem is when you travel down the road the wheels wobble in and out. If you look at where the wheel sits against the hub, the distance is different as you travel around the inside of the wheel, meaning that something is making the wheel sit cockeyed against the hub. Is there something that needs to be ground down on either the hub or the wheel to solve this problem, or are the wheels possibly the wrong bolt pattern slightly? I havn't tried pulling the wheels off yet as I am still doing body work on the truck, but I thought I would check here first to see if anybody else ever had this problem retrofitting newer toyota wheels or other aftermarket wheels. I really like the oldschool look of the wheels and would like to purchase a set of BFG ATKO 33 x 10.5 tires for them in the near future. Thanks for your input.

Pull the wheels off and see what is going on.
