I understand that I will not be in the Duramax anymore, but not knocking the yota's I just need something toned down a little. I can't get in mud in my Silverado without feeling bad about it, and the price of any modification is through the roof. I am just basically wanting a simple plain truck, that 1 I can go to the hunting club and know I want be stuck or feel bad when I get in a little muddy, and 2 pull my 4-wheeler to some local riding holes. I mean I never pull over 100 miles round trip anyhow. I don't want to be in a truck though that I can pull anything, because I am grossly underpowered. I know I can't pull a car-hauler, but you know.

For an AZ truck it might be a good deal. Price on the early trucks have been going up the last few years...some guys will say they are a dime a dozen in some markets, but other areas they command a premium. Do you have a link to the ad for the truck? just curious...The mileage is about right for a 25 year old truck

That should take you straight to the add. I am currently talking to the owners about some more pictures, but check it out and let me know you opinion? I am very excited about getting one...so maybe everything will work out.

Another thing about the truck is it has a gear driven transfer case as opposed to a chain driven...Is this a bad thing or good?

^ I'd say thats good, truck looks good also, I personally wouldn't pay 4k for a truck with 200k, but If he'd do 3k or even 3500 I'd say go for it.

That truck is very, very clean. I think it might worth it assuming it all checks out.
