timeserts

I have pulled out 3 exaust studs and then they all pulled out the heli coil inserts I tried ... I think I am gonna try the timeserts

but I dont know what size to get

I tried a similar product called keenserts had to redo all of the exhaust studs 6 held and 1 pulled out ....I don't know what to do there isn't any material left to drill out
