Needed ASAP-Banjo fitting for 20R carb

The fuel line barb broke off of the eyelet of the banfo fitting on my '78 longbed and I dumped a bunch of gas on the side of the road. Parts stores dont have it and Toyota only has the bolt for $21. The eyelet was discontinued but I did get the part number. 21894-38290

I hope someone has one sitting around that they can ship to me. I dont know anyone with Toyota stuff that old localy and I doubt the junkyards will let me buy the fitting.

I'm looking for other possible fixes for it. The bolt is 12x1.25. The best thing I have so far is a 5/16 IF fitting with a fuel line barb. It is slightly bigger but the thread pitches line up so I'm going to run it thru a die and hopefully it will work.

I *think* I MIGHT possibly still have the old 20 carb I got as a spare with a cluster of parts. I belive it was a complete carb, so it SHOULD have the banjo fitting/bolt, IF I still have it (and can locate it).

The bad news is that I'm about 120 miles away from home for the weekend, and I won't be able to look for it untill Tues. afternoon.

Earls Servi Shop in Indianoplis IN located on Gasoline Alley should have an AN adapter to the "bolt"...

Id run an AN line back to where the other end of the hose connects...

I need this right away or I need to start makeing an adaptor for a standard fitting.

I just put the part in a box ready to send to you. I will send it out to you tomorrow (tuesday), it probably won`t cost much to send it to you, once you get it and make sure it works, just send me 20.00 dollars using the return address on the box. I don`t have a paypal account.

Larry.
