Not a huge fan of the carbed motors, but if it's decent enough, I wouldn't care that much.

Overall it doesn't look too bad. Good candidate for a flat bed. I would ask the seller if he can email you some pictures of the floor pan, they are notorious for rusting out under the carpet/rubber mats...

Up here that box would be considered "in good shape, only surface rust" haha, looks like a good old truck.

Nothing wrong with carbed engines. The problem is that most people don't take the time to clean, rebuild, and adjust them from time to time. FI is just an excuse for laziness and ignorance. I've started plenty of carbed vehicles in well below zero temps with absolutely no problems. Both the engines and carbs were in proper tune though. Most people don’t purchase older vehicles for somebody else to tinker with anyway. That’s more than half the fun of owning an older vehicle.
