I am done...

I just finished my teardown. I borrowed the torch from work, much faster than a sawzall.

I'll go to Toyota this week and get shackles, bolts, and nuts for the leafs. As soon as I locate a frame (and I don't get raped on shipping for it), I'll start my rebuild.

i'd fix the floors now, while the cab is off of the frame, much easier to support and move around, plus nothing is in the way!

I made the mistake of throwing the cab on before I did the floors, Zipcut is my only option now which is fine, but il probably have to drop the fuel lines out so I dont slice through them.

I'll fix the floors first. I'll use the 4X4's under it along with some casters to make a "cart" so I can easily move it around.
