some of the roads around the PNW are like they just paved over the wagon ruts...they grab at anything sometimes and give you a nice suprise if not hanging on the the wheel tight

Welcome to yotatech and the wealth of knowledge on here. Good looking truck you have there. Next time you post the pic use the window that looks like a mountian to load it up. It will be a full size image that way. There is a thread that you can read here:
https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f122...-guide-218973/

That will explain one way. Or you can go to your profile page and upload photos into the album then cut and paste the url into the box i mentioned before.

By the way nice to have another 1st gen around. If you have any questions just ask.

81 2WD 22R

My first post here so I thought I'd show off the old girl. I picked her up from the 2nd owner about 2 years ago but the guy didn't know a thing about maintenance. Slowly but surely I've been doing a little here and there and she's looking better by the month. This is my first 2wd as my previous 2 were:

94 4x V6 SR5 284K (at the time I sold it during $5 gas) my best vehicle ever
91 4X 4 cylinder 211K (when rear ended)

Thanks for checking it out.

Toyo I cant beleive how clean your interior is... Mostly your dash!! No one has ever punched it out to put a cd player in. I would give anything if mine looked that good. I am ordering a new pad then going to fab up something to fix where they put a cd player in. well see how it goes though.

And check out those door panels. The pocket sits up there like it's brand new. Nice!

Talking Here's Mine

I had a pic here but i don't know where it went!
Any way thought I'd introduce myself, I'm the SoCal area, Inland Empire.
I got my truck with a rebuilt engine and trans, 295000 miles on the Odometer. about 15,000 on the engine and trans.
Besides some clear coat scratches and the minor paint problems all else seems in good order.
Anyone know a good place around my area for some light wheeling? It's all stock so I want to go easy on it...
Haven't had it too long but I have big plans for it!

The work you guys did is great.

Mine is just Krylon tan camo paint. The clear coat on the blue paint was pealing like a bad sunburn.
