You're not kidding. Where I live, people are reeeeeal precious about these trucks. That's probably half what I would have paid for this truck at home.

Not bad deal at all. After looking at some of the pictures of the "modifications" that the previous owner(s) did on that interior, I would do some thorough inspections throughout the truck. Also, that paint IS NOT original - I would break out a magnet and see how much filler is slapped on that thing. I wouldn't call it 100% original as advertised, but it is a good truck to start a project with.

Black package? cool! never heard of it. what was all included? The interior was beat when i got it but it did have all black door panels. The headliner is light grey this is what it was like when i first bought it

My 81 that I just paid $1300 for. Has a 2.2ltr diesel and a 5speed. All it needs is a clutch, a u joint and a new o ring on the injector pump. Seemed like a pretty good deal!

Speaking of first gens heres my baby
I picked up this rust free, 80' 4x4 with a 20r, 4 speed(notforlong), 4.37's, pacesetter header 31" M/T's, and a long bed. Unmolested from Oklahoma for a fair $3000. To good of a deal for me to pass up, and now to begin the fun stuff like a 4" lift, locker in the rear, 33's, and rebuild the 20r when the time comes also high steer. Short list to get me started, but let me know what you think. She sees the creek beds and does some mild wheeling in my off time as well as my dd.
