Picture and paint advise?
Hey Guys
You might rememeber I posted this some time back, but not sure what pictures I posted? Its been a while.
Nothing special about the truck really, but the bumpers and sidesteps are homemade.
I obviously need paint. I have paint, primer, paper, filler, tape, a compressor and 4 or 5 paint guns. I don't have many excuses left heheh
What I am soliciting advise on is what to do after I have the base paint done?
Its asphalt grey. I can't hardly see asphalt colored cars on the road myself. I want to do ==something== to make the truck more visible on the road.
Lines, stripes, something.
Anybody seen any graphics/contrasting colors they like with dark gray?
yours Scott

thanks
Yeah I went and looked up the 84=5 graphics and they looks about perfect to me! $250 a set so I will be painting probably not perfy perfect but close enough!
The bumpers and side steps are not really tube. Its standard schedule 40 pipe.
2" for the bumpers and 1 1/4" for the steps.
I had some time with a pipe bender and a boneyard of old mining scrap, and long nights on the graveyard shift.
Its sturdy, not just for show,
got to give it that.
yours Scott
