which cam for 22r

im about to order a cam, but want a few options on what to get. i was thinking the second biggest cam northwest offroad offers. its kind of expensive but they seem to know their cams and how they perform better than other websites. also will i have to do any other major mods so the cam will operate good with the rest of the motor? any opinions and tips would be appreiciated. almost forgot... 81 22r weber carb and an aftermarket header.

I have an EB Torker in my 82 22R/Weber32/36/LCE Header and i love it. Do a search on Ebay for engnbldr. 88 bucks plus shipping...can't go wrong with an EB stick!

NWOR doesn't have the greatest reputation around the 4x4 community... At least from what I've read.

I 2nd engnbldr, he's done a lot of work to provide cam options that work well in the driving RPM range.

Cams are about the most misunderstood/hyped items on 22R's. Don't overthink it and get a mild cam with a short duration. Long duration cams are all but useless on a 22R (more so on EFI models). Mild cam
