3rd Gen Custom Cargo Drawers (Houston, TX)
***SOLD****
Recently traded my 97 5spd in for a 2011 trail. I kept the drawers assuming someone on here would appreciate them a lot more than the dealership would.
They fit perfectly in the 97 and filled all gaps. We've got dogs and we do Search and Rescue work with them, so we wanted it to be multipurpose. It's low profile so the dogs fit and has table tops that slide out on top of the drawers for a working surface. It was stained and finished to match the wood color that was in my 4Runner and the tan carpeting is pretty darn close too. I'm not sure if all 3rd gens have the same rear configuration or not.
The drawers anchor to the 4 stock D-Rings with turnbuckles so no additional modification needed. Let me know if you have any questions or if there's anything I forgot to include.
You can see the original build thread here:

Location: Houston TX
Asking $400 OBO
Email wazioc@gmail.com for quicker response.
Table tops are carpeted on the bottom and fit in to extend the platform. You can combine the small section shown here removed with the table top to extend it even further if you remove the rear seat bottom.

Wow....you really did a professional looking job on your cargo unit, it looks great. I made one for mine but had it Line-X'd (because I used to work there) instead of the carpet and it don't have the extra side pieces...very nice touch. Good luck on the sale, I'm sure someone will see this and want it for their rig.

Thanks for the drawers, Wazoic. They look great in my 4Runner.
And good luck with the drawers for new one. Can't wait to see what you come up with.
It was great meeting you. Maybe our paths will cross again.
Enjoy!
