1991 Toyota Pickup 4x4 Ext Cab $3000 in San Diego, CA
Looking to sell my daughter's truck. Located in San Diego, CA. Asking price is $3000 or best. Clear title in hand. 207,089 miles on the truck now. It is being driven as little as possible at this time.
TRUCK HAS SOLD LOCALLY!
* 1991 Toyota Pickup 4x4 Extended Cab
* DL model
* SR5 gauges installed and showing the correct mileage (I installed them)
* Completely stock running gear, not lifted
* OEM replacement Bilstien shocks
* 3.0L V6 engine, has possible blown/cracked head gasket or cracked head (reason for sale)
* Heads were rebuilt about 40,000 miles ago with a fresh valve job and all valves replaced
* aFe Power MagnumFLOW OER PRO 5R Air Filter
* Magnaflow cat back exhaust
* 5 speed manual, clutch was done a few month ago with new flywheel, clutch plate, pressure plate, master and slave cylinders.
* Marlin Crawler HD seat and shifter bushings installed in the stock shifter
* Battery is 3 years old
* Toyo Open Country A/T II 30x9.5x15 tires with about 25,000 miles on them, still lots of tread left
* Wheels are black steelies from 4Wheel Parts and were new with the tires
* 4Runner front seats installed
* New carpet installed with sound deadener underneath
* Viper alarm system with power door locks
* Alpine CDE-136BT stereo
* Line-X bed liner
Reason for selling is as previously stated, the engine has a possible blown head gasket or cracked head. It loses coolant after a day or 2, depending on the amount of driving. Still runs great tho, just have to watch the temp and coolant level. No water showing on the dipstick but there is milky oil showing on the oil fill cap. That could be just condensation but we don't think so.
Transmission shifts great, clutch is awesome, 4 wheel drive works fine but it does need CV boots replaced or possibly the shafts. They aren't making noise but the boots have cracked and split open. My daughter never took the truck off-road tho. It was used primarily for commuting.
The windshield is cracked which I believe is due to the rust around the windshield frame. There is a hole about an inch around on the passenger side lower. I have a new rubber windshield gasket that we were going to use when we got the rust fixed.
I can be reached via PM, email of phone.
