This is a K&N replacement air filter. It was slightly used. I had one in my 4runner and i accidently bought another one. I had to clean the filter one day but didnt have time to clean and let it dry so i threw in the new one and then this one sat clean in a box after it dried. All you need to do is spray it with K&N air filter oil, which i have and can spray for you, and it is ready to throw in and increase performance!
i checked on K&N's site and this fits Toyota and Lexus V8s (basically the 2UZ-FE engine):

K&N says it will last a million miles... basically you don't have to ever buy a new filter. just clean and oil!
