J, I appreciate the effort, but I want the rest of it soon. I think I've been a pretty patient man. Then I might be happy about the whole ordeal.

Tomorrow by noon. Payments/installments are fine and I'll be content with that. Happy only when it is over and done. I don't think that is unreasonable or unexpected.

I really hope you got it back and that, thats what bought youre new top!

 

I got half and he still owes me half, which is now past due.

I am digging into the top stuff now as I type...lots of stuff needs cleaning up and repainting where it is starting to rust, but everything is fixable. The actual canvas top is in EXCELLENT shape...and so are the support rails etc...it's just the rails that go on the bed rails that are crusty/rusty, but they can be fixed.

I'm very happy w/ it overall.

Loaning/borrowing stuff/money is a quick way to ruin a friendship when it goes bad. I'm not sure where the line is on this kind of stuff as I have other friends that the loaning/borrowing stuff/money goes on and it is never a problem...oh well.

 

the difference is a little thing called CHARACTER that some people obvioulsy have a lack of or conveniently forget about it when it benefits them...
