Tundra exhaust
Tundra1, I have a 2000 SR5, 2wd. I had a custom exhaust built by a friend and love it. I'm running a 2" dual inlet/outlet cat, (mail order JC Whitney)replacing the resonator, then 2" exhaust straight back with 2" inlet/outlet dyno max mufflers, exits to the side with chrome tips. Quiet til you get on it, then it sounds like a mustang GT. no loss of bottom end (read torque) and added a little mileage improvement. If you can get someone to build it for you (mine was $250 labor and about $150 for the parts), it's great. sorry no pictures.
And to stir the pot a little, you will probably get some advice on TRD/Bassani and others as bolt ons, go to the for sale page and see how many are for sale and see the complaints. lost bottom end, loss of power and too noisy.
Just my opinion but after 50 plus cars and trucks, I've done this a few times. EDH
