Well I didn't get to the rear cargo area power ports yet but, I had time and the plasma cutter was open for a few minutes yesterday between jobs. I moved the Zrunner into the shop and cut these holes and put these lights in place. I have a set of Rigid lights for the front bumper. I have the holes cut out but didn't have time to French 3.5" by 3.5 square tube in place for the lights to sit recessed in the bumper yet. Hopefully soon. It looks funny with holes right now, but should look trick with the lights in place.

Doing a little redesign on the 1uz headers. Pulled the old set and test fitting the new design here shortly.
Here is the cut outs I did on the front bumper. I will set square tube in the hole and weld it in place and set the Rigid lights just inside the front of the bumper.
Held in place with my hand for reference

Time for an update as its been a while.
Finished the frenched Rigid bumper lights. I also bent up a new roof rack. I used 1" main base bar and for the basket I used 3/4" upper bars. The basket area it self uses expanded metal for the floor. I cut out and bent 18 gauge metal for the wind deflector. I started carrying black oak LED lighting equipment a while back and finally got the newest product installed. Its a 40" 5 watt LED light bar. I fitted it under the basket so it is close to the roof and tucked back slightly so as to avoid tree's and other high obstacles. I used 1/4" flat bar that's bent on a 90 degree angle and mounted the ARB awning. I still need to install the ARB tent again. The whole reason for doing this new basket was to lower the tent about 4" and gain storage area even when the tent was up there.
bumper lights all done
just installed the basket
Over thanksgiving decided to go do some snow driving adventure with the family.
Engine bay obligatory pic!

Thanks Robb. Shops progressing. We have the plans in to the builder. We have a 3000 sq ft design. I have 2 lifts, a CNC plasma table and CNC mill, and a lathe designed into the new building space. Very excited to have the space to use the tooling.
your doubler kit is awesome. Excited to see ya put it together and into your rig.
finished motor mounts in the Treker. Should be finished with it next week, then meet up with ya.

Thanks, I am excited for it too, sooner than I expected but with the price it was too good of deal to pass up from Low Range.
Just give me a shout and i can come down to pick up the trailer. Also can't wait to see the first live 1UZ in a 1st gen, glad the Trekker got to see some good use before it's demise

Oh nice I used to work at a Physical therapy location in Monmouth, and I got my Bachelors at OSU. If you're interested, we should try and do a meet and greet for us Oregon guys at your shop when it's finished!
