Clorox Clean-up on tires

Well after getting advice from someone on another board I am a member of, I tried putting Clorox Clean-up on the white wall of my tires and the rest of the tire and I gotta say, it made them look brand new! I am really surprised at how bright the white is on my tires, I would definatly recommend. I have tried that armorall stuff and it didnt work half as well as this. Just given yall a tip.

So the bleach doesn't affect the tires at all?

Try Simple Green! Great for tires and "painted or clear coated" wheels. Not so sure about polished aluminim. So many uses and the fumes are little to none compared to Bleach White. Good general degreaser, hand cleaner, engine cleaner......

I've used Comet to clean whitewalls before - make the whitewall nice and bright, but over times it grey's the black rubber (as you might expect from a bleach).

I just use the same stuff I use to clean my wheels with. Works just as well.

Just dont leave simple green on to long. After a few years of use it will eat pits in your wheels. It also strips wax and that's annoying so be careful.
