See if I can lay this out like your photo

S1...S2...1...2...3

S3...S4...4...5...6

.............7...8...9

S1=ECU-B=15 amp
S2=DRL=7.5 amp (Canadian)
S3=ECU-IG=20 amp
S4=OBD2=7.5 amp

1=Engine=10 amp
2=IGN=7.5 amp
3=Tail=15 amp
4=wiper=20 amp
5=Guage=10 amp
6=Stop=15 amp
7=Radio=7.5 amp
8=Cig=15 amp
9=Turn=10 amp

Fuse Color
yellow=20 amp
blue=15 amp
red=10 amp
purple (?)=7.5 amp

The round metal relay is tail lights
The lower square metal relay is horn
The lower square plastic relay is BU light
The next square plastic relay is starter
NOTE: 30 amp fuse next to 2 plastic relays

This is from a generic shop manual

According to my diagrams, the fuse I labelled as #7 (radio) also provides the power to the mirror switch.
