hi guys and thanks for letting me join this forum.

ive built a 22r running 38mm motorbike carbs with a custom intake manifold. this engine is running no emission or egr.

witch leads me to my current issue of coolant flow. the 2 outlets from the back of my water pump (lhs and rhs) where connected to my heater. my heater didnt work running this way.

currently (ref pictures if this doesn't make sense)

i have an outlet near the bottom of the thermostat witch was running back to the rhs of the back of the water pump.

middle of the intake manifold goes to my heater then flows into the back of the water pump of the lhs

with this current set up temperatures reach excess of 100 degrees Celsius when thrashing the car around with the thermofans full blast witch make me beilive i dont have it set up correctly .

could anyone provide me with advice?? thanks

 

this set up ran a 15.7 at 101mph. in my toyota corolla
