Just go to a hardware store and pick up some bolts that you can fit a nut around.
I lost mine a while ago and this has worked out great for me.
Use some lock washers and you'll be good to go!

Mine went walkabout so I ordered a new one from my local Yota-monger.
Here are the actual specs:
The Toyota part number is 90179-10132
Price was $1.68
It is indeed an M10x1.25 flare nut, taking a 15mm wrench.
The one they gave me is black-chromed.

I hope it was a typo but that is a flange nut not a flare nut.
Yes it is a M10x1.25 nut I buy them by the box from Pointe Products
when you work on these it is nice to have new hardware .

Annoying (I'd like to think I only need a 10, 12, 14 and 17mm wrench to work on my truck), but c'est la vie.
