Tacoma Lives Its Best Life On Instagram
Through snowy mountain passes and deep muddy pits, this Tacoma proves it is far more than your average pavement princess.
There’s nothing that breaks our hearts more than seeing a proper Toyota offroad machine stay on the road. These things are built with tough terrain in mind, so if the worst you’re throwing at it is hopping curbs in the mall parking lot, just know that you’re letting down the likes of the Toyota off-road ancestry.
Luckily there is plenty of content to ease away those unfortunate thoughts. Take, for example, the Instagram account of Joel Garcia. He owns this 2017 Quicksand Toyota Tacoma that he purchased in December 2016. Since taking ownership, he has been posting photos of his offroad exploits with it and sharing them with the world.
It seems nothing will stop Garcia and his Tacoma. Whether it be deep water, mud, snow, or even hauling more offroad goodies, this Taco really puts in work!
A trip through his Instagram history shows that he previously drove a Subaru WRX STI that suffered an unfortunate crash. After the STI was totaled, he opted to buy himself a Tacoma. He definitely adopted the Toyota offroad lifestyle quite well!
Though it doesn’t look like much has been modified, that really stands to tell how good a stock Toyota truck is. You can drive your brand new Tacoma straight into the mountains and go for a rip if that’s what you’d like to do. Go ahead, get it a little dirty. The mud and dirt are where a Toyota 4×4 feels at home.
Overall, Garcia is a significant influencer to watch if you are a fan of Tacomas. At the time of writing this, he has just a hair over 2,700 followers on Instagram, and we can only imagine it’s going to go up fairly rapidly.
This account stands for everything that Toyota is. You can’t take yourself too seriously, and you’ve got to get out and smell the roses every once in a while. Above all else, don’t be afraid to have some fun with a 4×4 Toyota. The engineers didn’t spend years developing technology just for it to sit idly by. Use your resources!
