This new post includes virtually every detail that you can think of, from the costs and overall goal of the project to a little bio on the 1979 Toyota truck that was converted to a Chevy 350 small block with a mild cam and TH350 transmission with a shift kit hooked to a Toyota transfer case sometime in the early 1980s.”
“At the time of starting this project, the odometer read roughly 31,900 miles,” says the truck owner and machinist. “It has a tom woods conversion driveshaft and narrowed Ford 9″ converted to Toyota 6 lug pattern 6×5.5 the axles have 4.10s.”
