2021 Toyota Venza Limited Overview Walk-around Tour
Thinking about buying a 2021 Toyota Venza? Take a tour of this Limited trim level with Aubernon Highway.
Memorial Day weekend is just a few days away, and so is the start of summer. Thus, it’s the perfect time to take your Toyota out to experience some memorable sights. And with gas prices the way they are, perhaps a hybrid might be in order, like the second-gen Venza.
One such Venza did just that recently, when Aubernon Highway brought their review Venza Limited up to Draper Valley Overlook outside of Radford, Virginia. They even dropped a short video in our inbox for us to check out.
Though the reviewer behind Aubernon Highway prefers to use text over talking on camera, it’s okay. After all, if a picture says a thousand words, then this video of the Venza Limited says all of them. All you hear are passing cars in the background, followed by the hybrid crossover posing in silence against the beautiful backdrop.
Their favorite part of the Venza Limited happens to be one of ours, too: the Star Gaze panoramic moonroof. At one moment, it’s opaque to let the light in, but not much else. However, a push of the button clears the “clouds” away to reveal the blue skies above.
Meanwhile, there’s also the suite of information panels in the gauge cluster meant to encourage more fuel-efficient driving. The EcoScore panel, in particular, rates how well you kept things green on a given drive. The EV Ratio panel, on the other hand, measures the percentage of how long you drove in EV-only mode. Considering the recent hacking of the Colonial Pipeline, which knocked it offline for a few days, having those panels (and the hybrid powerplant) certainly help ford such troubled waters.
Our silent reviewer notes they loved the “spaceship noises” the Venza makes upon startup in EV mode, as well as the brisk acceleration when leaving from a stop. They also couldn’t have picked a better place to shoot the video if they’ve tried. And though they let the crossover do the talking in the video, they do plenty more on their blog.
