91 Toyota 3.0 High Idle ( Always 1500 RPMs) and will not pass smoke inspection. The only reason, it did not pass was because of high idle speed, I can easily adjust the idle but I believe that I have other problems. I looked at the TPS and Throttle body, but I don't think these are the problems. It seems that I have unmetered air ( air bypassing the Air Flow Meter) going into the engine, anyone have any ideas? I will be checking the Temperate Sensor next.
