Rear E-locker actuator mod , HDJ80
So my Electric actuator failed and being a very expensive part from the dealer here I bought a pneumatic jack that has been specially
made to work with the rear locker in an 80 cruiser
so now my locker actuates with airpressure and when I release the air pressure a spring in the pneumatic jack disengages the lock
works perfectly and is only 1/4 of what the electric actuator costs here in Iceland
I had onboard air so I didn't have to do much to get it to work currently
only using manual valves to engage and disengage, going to fit an electric solenoid to control it with a button inside the cabin
the pneumatic jack is made in a workshop here in Iceland where I live, but can easily be made in a qualified workshop
and just for the fun of it. one picture of my truck where it belongs

Yes, a jack, as he has described it.
WIkiPedia(so you know it's true..ha):
A pneumatic jack is a hydraulic jack that is actuated by compressed air - for example, air from a compressor - instead of human work. This eliminates the need for the user to actuate the hydraulic mechanism, saving effort and potentially increasing speed. Sometimes, such jacks are also able to be operated by the normal hydraulic actuation method, thereby retaining functionality, even if a source of compressed air is not available.

I Forgot to take a picture before I mounted it to my truck, but whats not seen looks exactly like the arm on the stock electric actuator
I unfortunately dont have any part numbers because I ordered it from a guy that makes them here in Iceland , but they should be able to be made by someone in the states also
