This should get you started: http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/2000/Repa...recautions.pdf
Removal of the intake manifold is covered nicely in the TRD supercharger install instructions (note the first page is a blank screen so scroll down a page): http://customtacos.com/tech/files/v6_supercharger.pdf

No links,but..
You will need along with injector,4 "banjo gaskets/washers for the fuel rail"
You can reuse these, but might as well get new along with injector(I know what book says, but I have done this several times, reuse them)
I would reuse the throttle body, and both manifold gaskets, since they are steel..but If you want to replace them, now is the time.
Have rags, gloves and eye protection on hand.
step by step..#6 is drivers rear side..so intake needs to be removed..Start with vehical cold:
1.disconnect neg battery terminal
2.remove gas cap
3. remove intake tube
4.clamp 2 throttle body small coolant lines(or just remove them, they will leak a small amout of coolant so be prepaired for this)
5.remove throttle body
6 remove upper manifold half bolts, wiring grounds brackets, ect, position cables out of the way,cruise,throttle,ect...remove upper manifold from vehical
7.remove lower manifold half bolts..remove lower manifold from vehical.
8. place rags or something in/ontop of intake runners...we don't want to drop anything down there.
9.remove front and rear banjo bolts that connect the crossover fuel pipe,Fuel pressure will release, and fuel will now leak....Use nitril gloves and eye protection and keep a wrag covering bolt/wrench to keep the fuel spray to minimum...also inner banjo gasket might fall...
10.time to remove rail w/injectors..remove 10mm bolts that secure fuel rail,
11.pull up on rail, black plastic fuel rail spacers will fall,be ready for this..you might get some or all injectors to stay in rail or some/all might stay in intake..no matter
12.remove and replace injector.
13.make sure you use a dab of dielectric grease or o-ring lube on upper and lower o-ring.
14.place all three injectors in fuel rail, make sure they can spin freely and are just snug fitting in the fuel rail.
15.now place the entire rail w/injectors back in intake,go slow, make sure the black spacers line up exactly and the entire rail will be seated in the intake.
16.put 10mm bolts back through rail and spacers, untill it they start to seat..
17.check and make sure the injectors move freely(swivel)
18.try and line-up the banjo bolts with the rail and the two connecting tubes...Don't forget to replace the inside and outside banjo gaskets on banjo bolt.
19 snug down two 10mm rail bolts.
20.snug down front and rear banjo bolts...once it seats..no more than 1/4 turn..you will feel them crush...DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN
21.reconnect the injector electrical connectors
22. remove rags from intake and reassemble.
23.after assemble, install gas cap..connect battery cable, turn key "on" several times...CHECK FOR FUEL LEAKS.
24. top off coolant if needed
25.start vehical..may take a few times to get air out of fuel system
26..Finished!
Note..It would be a good time to clean MAF,throttle body and especially IAC valve since you will have it all apart..If so make sure you also pick up an IAC gasket(rubber moulded looking piece)..maybe pulgs as well..since they are right there.
LOl,everyone beat me..I really like how guys come through to help members here..Makes it a great site!
