i wanna lift the truck about 9 inches . And i then i wanna get 35" baja claw tires
3" body lift
4-5" suspension lift
2.5" lift from bj spacers and t bar adjustment
3" rear blocks
I also plan on layin down some bedliner in the bed, putting a 12" sub in the rear seat cushion and laying down some reflectix mat as a heat blocker and noise damper

haha ya if i took my truck that high i would be running some 38x15.50's. lol i remember first getting my truck and wanting to take it that high but now i love the height of my truck and its a inexpensive way to get a good amount a lift to. haha ima throw 35x13.50's or 35x14.50's and call it a day.

but when you lift your rig, you wanna start small so you can get use to things. like begin with bj spacers then add a body lift then add a bracket kit. you dont want to put all that lift on just to realize you dont like driving a lifted truck and cant handle it. it took me a while to get use to how my truck drove when i added a 3" body lift to my bj spacers. i couldnt imagine how long it would take to get use to 9-10" of lift. lol

Nice build, I started my truck when I was 14 and Just getting to painting it. When I first got it I was going to do long travel then I realized I needed it for school and work. My next plan was to put a 4" lift on it and run 33"s but my dad and some local truck junkys got me away from that. Thank god.
Imo, lifting your truck is cool but a big wast of money. You spend money on the lift then you spend money on replacing your U-Joints then the money for gas. It just isn't worth it. then with your lift the truck is less reliable.
I Kept mine stock Hight, got my self some nice meaty 31/10.50's and I plan on getting some rancho shocks but other then that and tuning the engine up there is no need to mod it.

and as far as a lifted truck being less reliable .... i disagree as long as its not a super tall ifs lift.. if u do things right the wear and tear is about the same as stock, and if u regear then performance is stock again with a pretty limited fuel loss. i still maintain about 16-17 in mine. so if u do wanna sky it... take some time. do it right and ull come to find out that they were built to be beat... enuff said
