Reading on peachparts that once the head has been rounded, just grind it off. This relieves the pressure from the bolt stem, lets you remove the flywheel, and the vibration loosens the bolt sufficiently to back out with just your fingers.
These are torque-to-yield bolts, so can't (shouldn't) be reused anyway.

OK, The truck is about to go under the knife... err ratchet. I have a couple minor repairs to make to the 4Runner to make it road worthy, then I can start extracting the 22re from the truck. I figure I will probably replace the clutch while I have it out (It only has 30k on it). Those of you who have completed the swap are you using a stock clutch or a heavy duty one? I'm considering the 1200lb Marlin crawler clutch but since I don't plan anything harder than trail driving I was wondering if it would be a good idea to upgrade.
