What do I need for dual t-cases?
I have a 94 toyota extended cab with 35's and im not sure what the gearing is, but it is a LOT lower than stock gearing. I want to put dual t-cases in it but im not sure what i need? If you have done this before please let me know all the parts and tools that i will need to complete this task. Thanks!

So you want something but don't know what it is?
Two tcases put together with an adapter requiring you to tear down both cases completely and numerous tools. New crossmember. Cut tunnel. Fabrication. $$$.

why do you want duals?
adapter $350'ish
extra top shift case $150
cross member $200-250
driveshaft work $250-400+
extra t/c mount $60-120
if you go solid mounts for both t/c's (like 4xinnovations mounts) you will need to do solid motor mounts. It is recommended that you not mix them(stock/solid).
if you have a V6-gonna cost a bunch more or an automatic trais
The tunnel mod is just cutting an extra hole in the floor unless you get triple sticks from Dave's or Rory at http://www.radesignsproducts.com/Triple_Sticks.html
good sources to research: http://www.inchwormgear.com/

slacker you only have to tear down one case unless you are doing 4.7's in the rear case..you are getting old

I wouldn't use trailgears adapter. I would use marlins or inchworms

the casting on the trail-gear is bad they have weak parts I have the hd 5"(meant for a v6 or v8 they sagged 2" with a 22re) springs from them and they suck a buddy that got the adapter from them installed it did one trip and the crappy casting cracked he followed their instructions of install o.c.d style and it still cracked got a new one sent to him it leaked at the mating surface where it was machined finally went with the mc07 hd and has had no problems I have the inchworm billet one and its solid with no problems and I can clock it if I want to go flat belly unlike trail-gears. plus the bearings are weaker than both they use a stock style bearing(single roller bearing) not the better double roller bearing

Thanks for the list and estimates, thats what i was looking for. i've heard a lot of good things about Marlin so i'm gonna have to go with them! I wanted to get duals because I like to creep... i'm usually around obstacles where i need to go very slow, and I'd like it to move a little bit slower!

ok you will need an adapter plate for 3.0 to gear driven t-case adapter and then the dual case adapter and 2 gear driven t-cases. and yes the 3.4 and 3.0 both use the r150 tranny

your not very smart are you machining flaws has nothing to do with a mechanic and I rather be a L1 Tech like I am and not a guy who just guesses and throws parts at something like a mechanic does

I'm exceptionally smart, both by degree and experience in the realm of mechanical issues. I got paper and scars to prove it.
Most parts fail because the installer failed to read the directions and/or installed them wrong. Installed just a few adapters and sold dozens more and never once seen an issue with any manufacturer's adapter, AA, Marlin, Inchworm or TG. It's not a rocket science part.
